Extended sessions allow for deeper work and typically the completion of 1-2 targets per processing session depending on the depth of the emotion and rigidity of the belief. Extended sessions allow for noticeable change without the time commitment of an intensive.
3 hour Extended Sessions are a fantastic introduction to EMDR and the therapist to ensure good fit before jumping into an intensive package.

These are one of my most popular session types.
They work well for individuals with busy schedules that want the benefits of consistent therapy but have a hard time fitting it in weekly.
These are also excellent for people that want noticeable relief quickly, but can’t commit to the intensive schedule.
Extended sessions are a great option for individuals that feel overwhelmed by an intensive and want to break their work into smaller pieces.
Extended Sessions are excellent as an adjunctive therapy for individuals that would like to continue to work with their current therapist and also want to engage in EMDR, but don’t want to attend two therapy sessions every week.
People are typically able to start processing after the first 1-2 sessions and can expect to complete 1-2 targets per processing session depending on the depth of the emotion and rigidity of the belief.
Extended Sessions are a fantastic introduction to EMDR before scheduling an intensive. It allows us to make sure we’re a good fit and get the process started without the commitment of an intensive.

Monday from 10am - 2:30pm
Thursday from 1pm - 4pm
Friday from 10am - 2pm

3 hour extended sessions are $790 per session.

90 Minute Sessions and Intensive Packages are also available.
Weekend extended sessions are available upon request for an additional fee.
