Intensive Packages.
You’re worth the investment.
There is no short-cut to depth. & fortunately we no longer have to subscribe to recovering 50 minutes at a time in weekly therapy sessions.
Unlike traditional weekly sessions, EMDR Therapy Intensives provide extended, uninterrupted therapeutic time to support deeper processing, greater continuity, and focused momentum.
You don’t have to postpone relief, EMDR Therapy Intensives are intentionally designed & thoughtfully structured to prioritize safety, pacing, and integration to promote lasting change.
You’ve survived enough - let’s help you thrive.
If you’re ready to invest in your next chapter, let’s talk. You can schedule a free 30 minute zoom consultation directly on my calendar here (INTENSIVES ONLY) Extended sessions can be requested via the contact page, here.

1-5 Day Intensive Packages
Intensives allow for focused and deep work over a matter of days instead of weeks or years in traditional therapy.
Intensives can be helpful in targeting 1-2 themes and stirring up enough movement for noticeable change.
One of my favorite things about intensives is that there is still time between sessions to have deeper insights develop without so much time passing that we loose steam or have other things pop up.
EMDR Therapy Intensives are typically structured in three parts (per day).
Morning Session from 10am - 12:30pm.
Independent Lunch Break in Wesfield, NJ from 12:30pm-1:30pm.
Afternoon Session from 1:30pm-4pm.
EMDR Therapy Intensives are ideal for:
Individuals that want a more concentrated and intentional treatment.
Want evidence-based EMDR therapy with a personalized, trauma-informed approach tailored to your unique history, goals, and nervous system without extended multi-day or week gaps in between.
-
EMDR Intensives can be a great option for:
Individuals with busy or demanding schedules or “slow” and “busy” seasons in their work that can prevent consistency in therapy.
Individuals that have done therapy before and are still having challenges with the same symptoms.
Individuals that already have significant insight and self-awareness and are realizing that they can’t “think” themselves out of their behaviors / patterns and are looking for real shift.

What EMDR can actually help with:
Feeling constantly “on” or unable to relax, even when things are fine
A brain that won’t shut off (especially at night)
Overthinking everything and still not feeling resolved
Always bracing for something to go wrong
Being high-performing at work but disconnected in your personal life
Struggling to feel close, safe, or fully present in relationships
Pulling away, shutting down, or overreacting and not knowing why
Repeating the same relationship patterns, even when you “know better”
That underlying sense of “something’s off” but not being able to name it
Feeling like you’re too much… or not enough… depending on the day
Constant self-doubt, even when you’re objectively doing well
Fear of being exposed, rejected, or not truly known
Growing up in environments where:
things were unpredictable
emotions weren’t safe
you had to be the “strong one”
nothing was “that bad”, but it still affected you
You were not able to show your emotions or had to manage the emotions of others
There was abuse or neglect
Difficulty turning off control (with work, food, routines, people, & so on)
Using things like endless doom scrolling, substances, or distractions to cope
Feeling exhausted, but are unable to stop pushing
Emotional numbness or feeling disconnected from yourself
Not being able to access feelings — or feeling overwhelmed by them
Knowing logically that you’re safe, but not feeling it
Intrusive thoughts, loops, or mental replaying of situations
Old memories that still feel charged or uncomfortable
A sense that your past is still influencing your present
The common thread
It’s not that you “don’t know what’s going on.”
It’s that your brain hasn’t fully processed what it went through —
so it keeps reacting like it’s still happening. That’s the piece EMDR is designed to resolve.

If you’re ready to discuss your options, let’s talk.
* Intensives are powerful therapeutic tools that can create significant shift. However, there are risks and your safety is of the utmost importance so there are no guarantees that you will be able to do EMDR or that you will get the desired outcome.
*Extended sessions can be a great way to test out the modality before committing to the investment of an intensive.
