Virtual EMDR Therapy in Maryland

Fun Fact: Travel is one of my favorite things, and except for the picture of my dog, none of the photos on this website were taken in the United States!

We’re excited to now be able to offer Therapy virtually in Maryland in addition to therapy (virtual & in person) in New Jersey. 90 Minute & 3 Hour Extended Sessions are now available in Maryland.

You can be in Maryland. The work can still go deep.

You don't need to sit on my couch to do therapy that actually changes something.

I’m now offering virtual EMDR therapy to clients located in Maryland.

And if you’re here, there’s a decent chance you’re not looking for another therapist to help you understand yourself.

You already understand yourself.

You know why you overthink.
Why you people-please.
Why saying no makes you feel like an asshole.
Why you can know you’re safe and still feel like something bad is about to happen.
Why you keep repeating patterns you swore you were done with.

The problem isn't that you don't have insight.

The problem is that insight doesn't always make your nervous system get the memo.

That’s where EMDR comes in…

EMDR gives us a way to work with the experiences, beliefs, and nervous-system responses that keep showing up long after the original threat is over.

Instead of spending another year talking in circles about the same problem, we work toward changing the way your brain and body respond to it.

Insight is great. Relief is better.

And sometimes, you don't need another hour a week.

I also specialize in EMDR intensives for clients who want a more focused approach. (Only offered in person in NJ).

Rather than spreading the work out over months of weekly sessions, an intensive gives us the space to concentrate on meaningful therapeutic work over a shorter period of time. That may mean longer sessions, multiple sessions close together, or a multi-day intensive, depending on your needs and what makes clinical sense.

Intensive doesn't mean rushed.

It means focused.

Our Story

This might be for you if...

You look like you've got your shit together, but you're exhausted from holding it all together.

You’ve done therapy before. Maybe more than once.

You can explain your childhood, your attachment style, and your coping mechanisms better than most people.

You just can't seem to make the changes you know you need to make.

Maybe you're tired of:

  • Overthinking every conversation after it happens

  • Saying yes when you desperately want to say no

  • Feeling responsible for everyone else's feelings

  • Knowing your boundaries but being terrified to enforce them

  • Understanding where your anxiety comes from without actually feeling less anxious

  • Being “high-functioning” while internally running on fumes

  • Talking about the same problem over and over without feeling like anything is actually shifting

If any of that sounds familiar, you're probably not looking for more insight.

You're looking for change.

Virtual therapy. Maryland.

Sessions are conducted securely online, so you can do the work from a private space that feels comfortable to you.

Because therapy doesn't become less real just because we're not sitting in the same room.

And no, you don't need to have a perfectly quiet house, a meditation corner, or your life completely together before you start.

You just need to be ready to do something different.

You can keep understanding the problem.

Or we can start working on changing it.
